Your data stays with you

Messages, tasks and documents live in your company's own system, not with us; the phone keeps a working copy so it opens instantly and works offline.

Your server, your database

Every company has its own database: on your server or on a separate one in Saldi Cloud. Data of different companies never share a database.

The login service knows only a phone number

saldi.info only knows which company a phone number belongs to, so it can send the code. It never sees messages, tasks or documents.

A key for every phone

After the SMS code each phone gets its own key. An administrator can revoke it at any time without touching other phones; the phone is logged out on its next connection.

Everyone sees only their own work

An employee sees only their own chats and the projects and tasks they take part in. Archive the user and the app stops working for them.

Encrypted on the way

All traffic goes over HTTPS. The app can be locked with a passcode or a fingerprint.

Open source, no lock-in

Built on open-source software (LGPL licence): the code can be audited. If you stop using Saldi, the system and all your data stay with you in standard PostgreSQL.

Questions a director asks

A phone is lost or stolen.
The administrator revokes that phone's key. The phone is logged out on its next connection; on a new phone the employee logs in again with an SMS code.
An employee leaves.
Archive the user, as you do today. Their keys stop working at once.
Who at Saldi can read our messages?
With the system on your own server, nobody: we have no access unless you give it. In Saldi Cloud, engineers open your database only to solve a problem you reported.
What if Saldi disappears?
Your system keeps working: it is open-source software on your own server, and your data is already in your hands. You lose only our updates and support.
And without internet?
It works. Messages and task changes made offline wait in a queue on the phone and are sent once, as soon as the connection returns.
